Company President Charley Wingerd has over 9 years of experience in commercial construction. He attended Northwest College of Construction where he was the youngest person to receive a Journeyman Carpenter degree in the state of Oregon. He rose through the ranks of a major Portland area commercial contractor before joining Dual Force in 2020.

Jay Sevy chose a career in construction in 1985. He has been the Commercial Foundation Superintendent at Dual Force for the past 8 years.

Commercial Flatwork Superintendent Ryder Eells has spent his entire career at Dual Force, working on various crews before being promoted to his current position in 2023.

Tony Webb joined Dual Force in 2018 and became the Residential Foundation Superintendent that same year. He has over 25 years of construction experience.
